Public Libraries have eBooks of leisure reading available. This includes biographies, fiction, and books about common social concerns.
There is no cost to these resources, but you will need a library card. If you do not already have a library card, several libraries, including Saint Paul Public and Dakota County Public Library are offering online applications.
